Description
The DEI Wrangler Trans Heat-Shield for the 2007-11 JK/JKU is adhesive backed and installs between the transmission pan and cross over pipe on JK Wranglers with VLP 42RLE 4 Speed automatic transmissions. It blocks radiant heat from the exhaust, preventing heat soak into the transmission pan and fluid. The result—cooler transmission temps, improved performance, and longer component life.
