Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns period lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged for damage during shipping, items missing parts, or those that are clearly defective upon opening. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. However, we will review your concerns and work to provide you with an amicable solution.

Items purchased between Thanksgiving and December 25th will be granted an extension to January 25th of the following year. Example: you purchased an item on December 1st of 2024, you may initiate a return on that item up to January 25th.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of products that are of an intimate nature or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you were the purchaser, we will have your details on file. If you received the item as a gift, the purchaser may provide you with the transaction number for us to locate the related order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing or our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded to a new Gift Card that can be used for future purchases on the website.

Late or missing refunds

If you received a message from us that we have processed your refund and your account is not reflecting it, first contact your bank or card issuer. There may often be processing time before a refund is fully credited to your account. We have provided you details regarding the refund transaction in our email that the bank or card issuer can use to identify the refund transaction and provide a status.

Sale items

We will refund items based on the price paid at the time of purchase. Clearance and Discontinued items cannot be returned unless otherwise noted in the original purchase. Such items will be clearly marked in the store indicating if the item is able to be returned after purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us first and we will provide you with guidance regarding your exchange options.

Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we apologize, but we can only refund the purchase to the original purchaser. If you do not want the item refunded to the purchasers payment method, depending on the item, we may be able to offer you an exchange for another item. Otherwise, we will offer you a store credit.

Shipping Return Costs

Products being returned for damage during shipping, or those that are clearly defective or missing parts can be returned at no shipping costs to you. Items being returned for all other reasons may require you to ship the product back at your own cost.

Please note that ALL items shipped LTL will require that you pay shipping to return the product for reasons other than those stated above.

Tires for motorized vehicles will require a restocking fee as indicated on the listing. Tires that have been mounted to a rim cannot be returned.
