All trademarks, registered trademarks, service marks, and trade names of brands, products listed for sale, linked to for purchase on affiliate/external sites, or related to the product being offered, remain under the sole ownership of their individual owners. We work with a global network of partners/service providers to provide you with useful content, features, and functionality across all of our sites. Websites and Content are Subject to Change

If we discover errors, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them. In almost all cases, product measurements , features, and descriptions are provided only for ease of explanation or convenience.

Product Availability and Pricing

We use reasonable efforts to fulfill orders that are fulfilled by Certified American LLC, but cannot guarantee availability of any particular product or service, and sometimes an item shown may not be available. In that case, we may cancel your order or contact you for follow-up. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service at any time without notice. We may decline or place quantity limits on your order at any time.

In the event of a pricing or other error, we reserve the right to revoke offers, cancel orders and correct errors or omissions, including after an order has been placed.

Pricing provided on external or affiliate products, where the product is fulfilled by a third-party, are always subject to change without notice. As our general rule, we try to provide the MSRP, or in some cases the highest known price for the product. We try to keep these prices up to date, but they are shared to help provide expected costs that will be found when you open an external or affiliate link.

Refunds and Returns

Products sold, and fulfilled, by Certified American LLC may be returned in their original unopened packaging within 60 days of purchase. Products that are opened may not be returned without contacting us directly and providing the details regarding the need for return. Select items will incur a restocking fee as described in their product descriptions.

Products purchased through external and affiliate links are governed by the site where the purchase was made. As Certified American LLC has no ownership of these sites, the return and refund policy is solely governed by the site(s) owners.
