We’ve upgraded from 3/16″ to 1/4″ thick steel and added extra gussets for unbeatable rigidity. Unlike competitors’ winch plates, we’ve eliminated weak points by incorporating gussets and bends throughout. Using state-of-the-art 3D modeling and files directly from Jeep, Warn, and Superwinch, our winch plate ensures a precise fit without modifying your Jeep. Notes : Serial #2217394 and downWarn Zeon winches have a 180 deg turning clutch lever which interferes with the bumper. However, serial #2217395 and up are shipping with a 90 deg version. Warn has a retrofit 90 degree clutch kit available for older models…just call them at1-800-543-9276 for part number100240.
Notes : The Jeep JL/JT has very tight tolerances in this area.
